  1.  Plant controlling as a plant control
  1. Operations planning
  • Participate in the development of operational objectives for the plant that are aligned to Corporate and Division strategic objectives
  • Lead proactive development of contingency plans, productivity improvement and corrective actions to ensure optimal facility financial results
  • Make CAPEX, Labor, Cost and others expense budget
  • Control within plan and analysis for the results
  • Provide financial reporting and forecasting
  1. Cost and Operational controls
  1. Cost
  • Set up & Review standard cost for whole inventory
  • Calculate actual cost, review with STD price and feed-back to related people
  • Control direct & period cost
  • Cost closing and review month process
  • Control productivity to catch up inflation
  1. Inventory
  • Review inventory balance and recon inventory detail
  • Make inventory in-out table
  • Review and posting SMOI, LCM
  1. Controlling
  • Review process of plant system and correct inefficient process
  • Lead actions in line with achieving targets, mitigating risk and prioritizing resource needs
  • Lead proactive development of contingency plans, productivity improvement and corrective actions to ensure facility optimal financial results
  • Provide insightful and competitive analytics that anticipate change and drive
    decision making
  • Assist in contract evaluation and negotiation
  • Educate plant personnel on key performance metrics
  • Manage material inflation to provide cost information and trend
  1.  Reporting and analysis
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare and deliver the plant financial forecasts and projections
  • Communicate financial results effectively to management and non-financial
  • Provide in-depth analysis on variances to plan and forecast
  • Provide risk analysis for contingency planning
  • Coordinate company insurance (Product liability, Package insurance)
  1. Finance as an account
  1. Asset
  • Manage Asset management module
  • Review CA report
  • Provided finance analysis to prepare CA
  • Control AUC(Asset under construction)
  • Control related asset account
  1. Closing
  • Verify all entries and make month-end accrual
  • manufacturing TB and IFIP upload by 3 business day
  • analyze and post business results
  1. Accounting & Tax
  • Total accounting closing: monthly & year-end closing, OC reporting package
  • Tax return report: tax return report, review the tax related
  • Accounting audit; Audit itinerary set-up
  • Preparation for the CPA audit
  • Year-end financial statements review and confirmation
  • Corp. tax: Tax return report – preparation, transfer price report, tax adjustments review (entertainment, bad debt etc)
  • Tax review: Get the tax revision and reflection
  1. SOX
  • Understand and review TORA tools and SOX proven solutions for main processes
  • Let main processes be in compliance with company policies and SOX regulations
  • Work on control strategy & plan, control design & improvement, communication, driving implementation, training, testing, risk assessment & monitoring as a Korea SOX country champion
  • Lead and train TORA and SOX to employee
  • Sign-off for compliment SOX through Web

Job Requirements


  • University degree is required (with accounting or business administration major)


  • Around 10 years in the field of accounting and tax.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • SAP
  • SOX
  • Communication skill in English & MS office
  • Understand local and US GAAP, business policies
  • Finance management, accounting, corp. tax understanding and usage
  • Analysis of financial statements.
