The Owens Corning Infrastructure Plant in Blythewood, South Carolina is hiring machine operators to run pultrusion equipment, perform minor maintenance and support all other operational requirements as specified by the business. Successful Candidates must:

  • Contribute to the success and growth of the plant through ingenuity, creativity and integrity
  • Work in self-directed teams
  • Learn to operate, troubleshoot equipment, and perform basic maintenance in various areas of the plant
  • Be willing to work 8- hour rotating shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11p-7am)
  • Be willing to work holidays



  • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing / production (or similar role) preferred
  • Demonstrated background in continuous/high speed manufacturing
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older

Probationary Period
