Within the Manufacturing Excellence Europe HR Department, you will be involved in day-to-day aspects of Human resources in a manufacturing environment and regional HR projects.
Missions:
In collaboration with the Operations Europe HRBP as well as the HR Leaders of the 8 Composites manufacturing sites in Europe, your main missions will be :
● Improvement of our regional dashboards and reporting (HR analytics)
● Hiring:
- Support the regional and plant recruiting efforts
- Assist us in our communication and branding efforts (presence on social networks, contacts with schools and recruitment agencies)
● Sustainability:
- Exposure to plant initiatives (Wellness, Inclusion & diversity), monitoring and supporting progress
- Share best practices across the network
● Standardization and deployment in the region of existing best practices in the plants:
- Individual development plans (Incl. digital & sustainability awareness & capabilities building)
- Help drive the creation of a sustainable leadership program for front line leaders including inclusive leadership
- HR deviations analysis, including:
- Standard Lessons learned process
- Human failure analysis
- Future of Work & Employee experience best practices:
- Job share / flexible time
- Human tags (social climate management)
- Knowledge transfer
- Recognition system
- Job description, skills matrix, and onboarding plans for plant leadership team members
- Daily management systems: HR huddles in plants (incl. recognition system, skills gaps, social climate).
You contribute to the company's brand image through your operational efficiency in the management of your missions, particularly by demonstrating your responsiveness and attention to the files/projects.

Required skills:
● Ideally, you have a 3-year degree from a business school, IAE, IEP, or equivalent and you wish to prepare for a 5-year degree with a specialization in Human Resources
● You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to exercise professional discretion
● You are a creative and proactive thinker
● And above all, if you are curious, involved, and autonomous, then you have all the keys to succeed in your mission!
● Excellent command of English is essential
