YOUR PURPOSE

The Team Leader SAP Order to Cash is leading a group of Subject Matter Experts responsible for providing functional, process, and technical consultation to business units, IS organization, and our strategic partners leveraging multiple SAP and other 3rd party technologies to support our world-class, global supply chain operations.  Specifically leveraging SAP SD, SAP CRM and other integrated platforms to enable our Order to Cash processes for EU businesses.

The role supports the needs of all three of OC’s global businesses for the following products: SAP CRM, Omni-Channel, and Customer Engagement Systems. The role will interact with our global Center of Excellence on large projects.

This role will manage the Europe portfolio on Order to Cash and will participate in small and large projects with our business partners, as well as operational and continuous improvement engagements to ensure we are getting maximum leverage from our technology solutions.

The ability to lead a team of SMEs, natural curiosity for technology, strong project management experience and good understanding of Customer Experience, across the products listed above, are key for being successful in this role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts that supports the global execution and roll out of SAP ECC, SAP CRM deployments, Omni-Channel, and EDI
  • Provide leadership on OTC business processes (Order Management, Billing, EDI) and technologies
  • Proactively work with business leaders, process leaders, and project teams to identify technology solutions and integration opportunities to solve business needs
  • Translate business requirements to technology solutions to apply the right technology at the right time
  • Partner with external resources to ensure proper documentation of Blueprints and Functional Specifications
  • Partner with customers to engage in onboarding of electronic transactional data and/or data syndication
  • Develop complete test plans and lead unit and integrated test cycles
  • Identify and eliminate technical and implementation risks associated with a technology solution
  • Consult with project managers to develop statements of work for proposed solutions including estimates that address assumptions, resources, integration points and risk
  • Develop relevant technology insight through participation in peer networks, formal training and guided experiences; share such learnings within GIS and the business

YOUR PROFILE

Prior People Leadership or Project Portfolio Management experience is required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

Business experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain organizations

Minimum of 7 years experience with SAP technologies including SAP SD, SAP CRM and ECC 6.0

Strong experience in SAP Order to Cash business processes (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, EDI)

Technical development skills within SAP SD, SAP CRM, EDI

Proven ability to identify, own, and prioritize tasks to meet project milestones

Ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a highly matrixed organization

Strong organization and communication skills with project teams and key stakeholders

Functional knowledge of SAP ABAP preferred

Prior experience with Project Management: Ability to identify, own, prioritize tasks to meet project milestones, competent in project management theory, knowledge, skills, tools and techniques

Prior experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus

Prior experience with SAP S/4/HANA is a plus
