PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a customer service representative you interact with customers and the sales engineers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about Foamglas® products and services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Orderhandling

  • Deal directly with customers and sales engineers either by telephone,electronically or face to face
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Order analysis: review/check customers information/check project information
  • Order introduction: introduce new customer information/data, input order, check credit information, allocate, plan and activate the order
  • order follow up: follow up credit situation, plan availability of the product and confirm, organise technical support, adjust with customer, deliver or adapt foreseen delivery
  • Order closing: invoicing, rectification of the invoices (if necessary), close file, archive

Administration

An

  • Commercial: registrate adjust commissions, consolidate sales, make sales statistics, make delivery planning, make quotations, confirm and finish partnership, communicate with customer, make price list/translate, send documentation, distribute product information
  • Factories visits: check data, collect contact, organise the training
  • Managing Letter of credits

Distribution of product information

  • Inform, advice customers about miscellaneous, references for typical application, availability etc…

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commercial or business field
  • 5 years of experience in a similar function and Experience in building equipment
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office
  • Experienced with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Good knowledge of Czech and English, also any other European language is considered as a plus
