Production Operator - L1
The basic job expectations for the entry level Production Operator – L1 are listed below. Mat utility operator, dry end operator, and redraw operator are all positions included in the job responsibilities of production operator level one.
SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Works as a team member and performs any duty within level on a rotation basis. Performs general production support duties as directed by supervisor. Doffs, inspects, weighs, labels and packs Mat production. Salvages products from out of spec materials and insures external quality of products salvaged. Performs general housekeeping and downtime cleaning activities. Bumps up and cross trains in higher levels as required. Active participant in TPM strategies and advancement through pillar activities.
