The Sr. HR Talent Lead LA is responsible for overseeing areas of T&D, TA and Talent Management for both the ISB and CSB businesses. Specifically, this role is responsible for developing talent strategies for OC such as identifying talent pools, creating early career programs, creating development plans for OC employees at all levels, ensuring common L&D agendas among others. In addition, the role is responsible for executing OC’s performance management culture consistent with the overall mission of the businesses.
This role also plays a significant role in the annual talent review process using established talent review and succession planning processes and guidelines to support the senior HR Business Partners through the process culminating in the production of annual materials used by our Senior Leaders in the LA region. The Sr. HR Talent Lead manages the related Talent Center modules at a mastery level (e.g., succession, careers and employee profiles), thoroughly understanding and executing all reporting capabilities, ad hoc requests, access levels, interface with HRIS systems and system updates.
The position reports to the HR COE Leader, LA and dotted line to the CoE Talent VP. It is a key strategic partner to HR Generalists and business leaders.
