The TPM Leader is responsible for the implementation of TPM as the methodology to deliver outstanding business results through the creation of Technical Capacity and Leadership capabilities in the Organization. Design and lead the implementation strategy of the TPM program and the STS (Systems, Tools and Standards) of the TPM Pillars according to the OC Insulation methodology. Also, use the tools of Master Plan and Scorecard to communicate the deployment of the 8 TPM Pillars as well as to evaluate the results of the activities.
Is responsible for establishing the scope and strategies of the pillars and the training of pillar leaders and Steering Team to deliver the expected results. Development of talent and transformation of the Organization towards a Zero Loss culture based on TPM methodology. Is responsible, as well, for supporting the delivery of results through the PQCDSM model using the TPM methodology, based on the analysis of losses to generate loss reduction and improvement projects.
About the responsibilities:
- Contributes to the cultural change of safety by being a Role Model in safety behaviors
- Contribute to create an awareness of safety and culture change in the organization by actively confronting and giving feedback to unsafe behaviors
- Develop problem solving capabilities with particular skills for an effective root cause analysis and the election and use of the best tools for each case.
- Work in conjunction with the TPM Corporate Consultant to ensure that the plant is receiving effective guidance
